In short: Career Destiny gives astrological guidance for reflection. It is not professional advice and does not guarantee outcomes. Your decisions are your own.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to careerdestiny.in and the Career Destiny service, operated by Shrey Chaudhary, an individual based in India (“we”, “us”). By using Career Destiny, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement under Indian law.
3. What Career Destiny is
Career Destiny calculates a Vedic astrology chart from the birth details you provide and uses rules and artificial intelligence to give career-related guidance, a report and chat answers.
- Guidance, not advice. Our content is astrological guidance for reflection and general information. It is not financial, legal, medical, psychological or professional career advice. Talk to a qualified professional before major decisions.
- No guarantees. Astrology is not a science, and we do not guarantee any outcome, event, date or result.
- AI can be wrong. Answers are generated by AI and may contain mistakes or contradictions. Check anything important.
- Accuracy depends on your details. Wrong or approximate birth details give a different reading.
You are solely responsible for the decisions you make. A chart can guide you; it does not replace your own judgement.
4. Your account
You can use Career Destiny without an account. If you create one, keep your login details safe and tell us about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account.
5. Fair use
Don’t misuse the service. In particular, don’t:
- enter another person’s birth details without their permission;
- try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits;
- use it for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive;
- resell or republish our content as your own service.
6. Prices
Career Destiny is free during early access. We plan to introduce paid credits. Before you pay for anything, we will show the price and any terms that apply to that purchase, and those terms will form part of these terms.
7. Content and ownership
The Career Destiny name, site, design, software and the text we write are ours. Your report and chat answers are for your personal, non-commercial use. You keep the rights to what you type in, and you allow us to use it to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and changes
We try to keep Career Destiny available, but it may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
9. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any decision you make or don’t make based on our content. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you have paid nothing.
10. Ending use
You can stop using Career Destiny at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Please contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly.
