Privacy Policy
In short: we use your birth details to calculate your chart and write your career guidance. We share them only with the services that make Career Destiny work, listed below. We don’t sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@careerdestiny.in.
1. Who we are
Career Destiny (careerdestiny.in) is operated by Shrey Chaudhary, an individual based in India (“we”, “us”). For this policy, we are the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Contact: support@careerdestiny.in.
2. What we collect

We do not ask for payment details today. If paid credits are introduced, payments will be handled by a payment provider and we will update this policy first.
3. How we use your data
- To calculate your Vedic chart and generate your verdict, report and chat answers.
- To email you your report when you ask for it.
- To save your profiles, readings and chats if you have an account.
- To keep records of readings (leads) so we can operate, support and improve the service.
- To understand how people use Career Destiny and which channels bring them.
- To respond to your messages and requests.
By entering your details and using Career Destiny, you consent to this processing for these purposes. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; we will then stop processing and delete your data, except where the law requires us to keep it.
4. Who we share it with
We use these service providers to run Career Destiny. Each receives only what it needs:

Some of these providers process data outside India. We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising by others. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
5. Cookies and local storage
Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits. We also store small items in your browser’s local storage: your sign-in session and how you first found us. You can clear these in your browser settings or block analytics cookies with a browser extension.
6. How long we keep data
We keep your readings, chats and account data while your account is active or for as long as we need them to provide and improve the service. When you ask us to delete your data, we delete it from our database and records within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it, and withdraw your consent;
- nominate someone to exercise your rights if you are unable to;
- raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.
Email support@careerdestiny.in from the address you used, or give us the birth details you entered so we can find your records.
8. Children
Career Destiny is meant for people aged 18 and over. Please don’t use it if you are under 18. If you believe a child has given us their data, email us and we will delete it.
9. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Account data is protected by access controls in our database, and our secret keys are never sent to your browser. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

11. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and change the date at the top. For significant changes, we will show a notice on the site.
