Common requests

My report email didn’t arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder for a message from reports@careerdestiny.in. If it isn’t there, email us with the address you entered.

I entered the wrong birth time

Start a new reading with the correct details. If you have an account, you can add or edit your birth profiles there.

Delete my data

Email us from the address you used, or tell us the birth details you entered, and we will delete your data. See the Privacy Policy for your rights.

A complaint or grievance

Write to our Grievance Officer at support@careerdestiny.in with “Grievance” in the subject line. We will acknowledge it within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
